- The 2019 Small and Disadvantaged Business Opportunity Council (SADBOC) Procurement Fair will be held Thrusday, April 18, 2019, 9:00am - 3:00pm at the Earle Brown Heritage Center, 6155 Earle Brown Drive, Brooklyn Center, MN. Please see attached flier for registration details, a list of exhibiting organizations (Federal Government, State and Local Governement, non-Profit Providers, and Prime Contractors), and a list of workshops.
