Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with Clark Security & Services, LLC., Brightwood, VA. The purpose of the contract is for the installation and performance of all work necessary to replace the road vaults and all the electronic equipment for two (2) existing Gatekeeper AUVIS systems at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD. Clark Security & Services is the only certified installation and support partner for Gatekeeper system located within the DC metropolitan area. Gatekeeper strongly encourages end users to work with approved authorized and certified technology partners. Responses The proposed acquisition action is for items and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b).
