Description

THIS IS SERVES AS A NOTICE OF INTENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 5.203. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District intends to solicit for acquisition of commercial items contract will include a name brand specification as a component of the overall project, utilizing the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a response to this announcement, which if received timely, will be considered by the agency. Interested firms must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would satisfy the Government's requirements as specified herein. A determination based upon responses to this notice will be made solely at the Government's discretion. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. It is being used as a market research tool only. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this announcement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
