- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 effective 20 Dec 2018, Defense Procurement Notice 20190215, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. This procurement is being issued unrestricted via Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 611699 with a size standard of $11.0 Million. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. 0001 - Provide seventy-five (75) hours of Advanced Medical Training. (Qty. 75; HR) *Please see attached SF 1449 Solicitation, Performance Work Statement, andprovisions/clauses for all applicable information. The government will place an order with the offeror whose offer meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) •All questions must be submitted by Friday March 29 2019, 4:00 PM MST. •All answers will be addressed by Wednesday April 3, 2019, 4:00 PM MST. •All quotes shall be submitted Friday April 12 2019, 4:00 PM MST. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure the quote was submitted via email on time & review the post for any changes or amendments to this RFQ.
