- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Personal Protective Equipment to be utilized in High Hazard Environments such as fentanyl, LSD, and FCP labs. This is a total small business set-aside. Award will be made on an all or none basis to the vendor with the lowest priced technically acceptable bid. See attached RFQ. Any cost incurred in preparation of your bid will not be reimbursed by the government.
