- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is FJBUY004 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339999 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-04-12 14:30:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be Fort Jackson, SC 29207 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: E Type plastic Waffle Silhouette High Heat target, color white or tan, note the two high heat pictures, this is thicker than a regular E type, and has an edge around it with a circle cut at bottom center, same size as regular e type, total 1500, 1500, ea; LI 002: E type pastorboard silhouette, see dimensions picture 2500 total NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
