- Description: Notice of 100% set-aside under the Total Small Business procurement program, in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, has a requirement for the replacement of a 60 ton chiller and cooling tower. Additionally, there is a 7.5 ton HVAC bid item that may be awarded at the government's discretion. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 140P8519Q0018 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses attached are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 (1/22/2019). Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to lj_gravelle@nps.gov. Please reference the solicitation # in all correspondence. Questions must be received by April 8, 2019 at 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). QUOTES ARE DUE: All quotes must be received by April 19, 2019 at 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Quotes shall only be accepted via email to: lj_gravelle@nps.gov. Include the Request for Quote # in the subject line. Quotes will not be accepted by any other method. DO NOT submit quotes directly through FedConnect or FedBizOpps. THIS SYNOPSIS PAGE CONTAINS ONLY A PARTIAL AMOUNT OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SOLICITATION. The Standard Form 18 together with four (4) attachments make a complete solicitation package. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
