Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Drum, NY is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a Requirements contract for Asphalt located at Fort Drum, NY. The Government intends to award a single contract for Asphalt located at Fort Drum, NY. The contract type will be a Requirements Contract with Fixed Unit Prices (IAW FAR 16.503 Requirements Contracts) with Economic Price Adjustment (IAW FAR 16.203 Fixed Price Contracts with Economic Price Adjustment). This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business Administration Certified 8(a) firms. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, plant, labor, material and equipment necessary to perform all work in connection with construction of new, and repair/replacement of existing, asphalt concrete pavement at Fort Drum, New York, in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The anticipated contract will be one, 48-month ordering period from approximately 01 May 2019 through 30 April 2023. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference IFB number W911S2-19-B-8000 in the subject line.
