- The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to revise RFQ 22841 Section D, Paragraph F, Page 70 to the following: f) Online Data Manipulation i) The system may be able to combine multiple hierarchical tree items used on a survey into a single, large master tree for reporting; this situation may occur when skipping and branching is used to limit the number of response options a respondent is presented-separate tree items work well for survey administration, but reporting requires a single, combined tree. All other terms and conditions will remain the same. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
