- GSA, Region 2, Public Buildings Service is issuing an RFP for a Design Build (DB) Contractor who shall provide professional services for planning, design and construction for kitchenettes in the jury rooms and suite 120 located at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan United States Courthouse in New York, NY. The project shall comply with Design Intent Drawings (DiD's), GSA standards, and other documents. The total amount of kitchenettes to be installed for this project is 38 total. The base work will include 3 kitchenettes and the options will include a total of 35 kitchenettes. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
