The Purpose of this Amendment is to post the answers to the questions submitted against solicitation 36C10E19Q0108. Questions & Answers 1. on page 7 of 11, section vi. (Description of Requirement), line Item 046 paragraph it states, the "US Government is responsible for the foundation...and any necessary fluids", is that for the life of the CNC machine or the contractor's responsibility after initial setup? Answer 1) Once Setup is complete and CNC Milling Machine has been accepted, the only Contractor responsibility is the Warranty of the CNC Milling Machine. 2. Same paragraph as above; "Veterans driveway is brick pavers...can withstand any MHE equipment" but confirm if there is room to maneuver the equipment, i.e. structures or trees in the way? Answer 2) The delivery location is the Veteran s residence. The driveway is quite large and has no barriers or obstacles. 3. Will a Government POC be available or present at the installation site the day of the install? Answer 3) The CNC Milling Machine being procured under this contract is for a disabled Veteran and will be delivered and installed at the Veteran s residence. The Veteran will be present during delivery and installation and will be responsible for the receipt and acceptance of all deliverables under this contract.
