- Sources Sought Notice The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk of Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Office, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract utilizing FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5 to procure six (6) Munters Dehumidifier part number HCD-1125. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333415 ( Air-conditioning and warm air heating equipment and commercial and industrial Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing Industrial process furnace and oven, driers, dehydrators, and anhydrators). This acquisition will be restricted to the OEM as a "Brand Name Specific" requirement but open for both small and large business distributor's proposals.
