- This is an award notice for the solicitation number N4019219Q4052 to support the fleet during port visit in Guam. The requirement was not synopsized due to the statutory authority 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) - Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The J and A was provided by the requisitioning activity and was received and approved. The requirement for the services was received on March 14, 2019 and the period of performance (POP) is for March 18-20, 2019. Therefore, there were no time to post the solicitation for 15 days requirement. However, Contract Specialist conducted an oral solicitation within the BPA holders in Guam and other small business entity commercial vendors who can support this requirement. Due to the short notice, there is only one BPA holder vendor that can support this requirement. Contract was awarded to T.P. Micronesta Inc. BPA N40192-19-A-4013 T/O # N40192-19-F-4145. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
