Description

Military Sealift Command (MSC) Ship Support Unit Guam intends to solicit the subject requirement from limited sources (see attached limited sources memo). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. As part of the written response, a respondent must be able to prove to the Government how it intends to fulfill the requirements outlined in the solictation (attached). Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
