- A one time firm fixed priced requirment will be posted for the procurment of the following 54 ea NSN 1680-99-958-2695 Reel, Shoulder Harness 54 ea NSN 1680-99-695-3410 Pull handle Catapult 6 ea NSN 1680-99-213-1688 Actuator Electro Mech The government does not own the data rights for a competitive requirement, therefore the soluctiation will be posted Sole Source to Martin-Baker Aircraft Company (Cage U1604). The only additional sources that may be considered for award beyond Martin Baker would be a Martin Baker Authorized distributor. Proposal resposne will be required NLT 30 days after date of posted solicitation. A TDP will not be included with the Solicitation.
