- DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mississippi River Valley, Rock Island District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) W912EK18R0022 Advanced Contract Initiative (ACI), Regional Contracts for Debris Management Services (RCDMS). Currently it is estimated that the formal solicitation will be available on or after 15 April 2019. Proposals in response to the formal solicitation will be due no less than 45 days from the solicitation date. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be made available via posting to FedBizOpps (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
