- The Veteran s Administration (VA) Office of Research and Development, Service Area Office East in Pittsburgh, PA intends to negotiate on behalf of the Boston VA Research and Development based in Boston, Massachusetts. The intent is to sole source to Nikon Instruments Inc., located in Mellvill, NY to acquire one Nikon A1R-HD confocal and STochastic Optical Reconstruction Microscopy (N-storm) 5.0 system Super-resolution microscopic system to include installation and training. The contractor shall provide the resources and services necessary to provide a complete system. The deliverables include: The Contractor shall deliver and set-up the system at the Jamaica Plain Campus. The Contractor shall provide training for the assurance of proper use of the system. The Contractor shall provide system support.
