- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS and FAR 13 SIMPLIFIED ACQUISTION PROCEDURES. Supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The RFQ number is N00189-19-Q-Q056. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-101 and DFARS Publication Notice 20181026. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. See attached 1449. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/far/ and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html. The NAICS code is 611430 with a size standard (11.0 millions of dollars) and the proposed contract is 100% set aside. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), All or None offer. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk - Mechanicsburg requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: One-on-One coaching sessions, team coaching sessions, and one-day workshops for The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Human Resources Division, Workforce Development Branch. Background: NAVSUP Human Resources Division, administers, manages, and facilitates premier leadership development programs designed to encourage and facilitate development of NAVSUP employees to their full potential and to cultivate NAVSUPs future leaders. Period of Performance is 1 day after date of award to September 30, 2019. This announcement will close at 1:00 pm EST on 05 APRIL 2019.
