- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation 36C25019Q0534 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94, 2005-95/ 01-19-2017. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 339112 and the business size standard is 1000 employees. The proposed contract listed here is SET-ASIDE for Small Business vendors (SB) only. The vendor shall provide all necessary items for a new 14-Headed Teaching Microscope to include: Microscope with a Hi-Definition digital video camera including all cabling for hook up to an existing wall-mounted HDTV/Video Monitor for enlarged viewing and educational discussion 14-Heads 2x, 4x, 10x, 20x, 40x & 60x objective magnification Table for proper support of the 14-headed unit This equipment will need to be delivered to the Dermatology Clinic and requires professional installation and set-up by an authorized technician.
