Description

This modification extends the response date to April 1, 2019, 10 AM. Combined Synopsis Solicitation: F5N3C69025AW01 3D Design & Printing Course, 3D Printer, Scanner & Computer March 7, 2019 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is F5N3C69025AW01. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101, DPN 20181031, AFAC 2018-0525 This acquisition is conducted as a 100% small business set aside. This requirement will be fulfilled using the Simplified Acquisition procedures, FAR Part 13. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611699 All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction, SBA size standard is $11,000,000. Description of Requirement: The government anticipates awarding one single Firm Fixed Price contract. The contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, devices, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, permits, notifications, and all miscellaneous requirements to purchase: Line Item 0001: 5 Day 40/Hr. 3D Design & Printing course w/2 Subject Matter Expert (SME) Instructors. Line Item 0002: 3D Printer, Hand-Held Scanner and a Windows 10 (or better) Computer with 3D Printer software. Purpose & Salient Features: 1) Objective: This course will enable the flight to learn how to replicate training aids, build Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) tools and replacement components at a fraction of retail costs. By utilizing this course it teaches the participant the skills needed to design, set-up and print. This course will also help reduce the requirement of frequent purchases of commonly used training aids, consumables and repair components.
