- The purpose of amendment 002 is to provide submitted questions and the responses. Q1. Are companies outside of the United States qualified to submit a quotation? R1. Yes Q2. Will the awardee be required to travel to NIST for meetings? R2. The Government does not anticipate holding meetings which require the vendor to be present. However, if a face-to-face meeting is required in the performance of the purchase order, there is the potential the Contractor would be required to travel to NIST located in Gaithersburg, MD. Q3. Can the purchase order tasks be completed outside of the United States? R3. Yes Q4. Can the quotations be submitted via email? R.4 Yes. Electronic submission is required.
