Description

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Michigan intends to award a contract to The Amway Grand in Grand Rapids, Michigan for a State Family Conference being held by the Family Readiness Group. The conference will begin 12 April through 14 April, 2019 Conference rooms, audio visual and meals will be required for approximately 200 individuals as well as 200 hotel rooms. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The Amway Grand is honoring per diem rates for the hotel rooms. The audio visual, meals and meeting rooms are being purchased as well and the pricing has been compared to other venues to prove the pricing fair and reasonable. Response to this intent should be from hotel capable of housing and feeding 200+ individuals in the Grand Rapids area.
