- This Request for Quote (RFQ), N6227119Q5005, is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ intends to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The Naval Postgraduate School has a requirement, to be provided by a Sole Source, Taylor and Francis LLC, for several Ebook Collections. The NAICS associated with this purchase is 519130, size standard 500, business size unrestricted. The Naval Postgraduate School intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Taylor and Francis for deliverables found in the below Schedule of Supplies. Sole Source Requirement: The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR Part 6.303-2. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. SSJ and RFQ N6227119Q5005 attached.
