- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is Jackson120AGEAL0001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 326299 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-04-05 15:30:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be Fort Jackson, SC 29207 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Requesting 1/2in thick, 4x4ft black interlocking mats. Installation would be in 3 different rooms. Two of the rooms are 30'-9" x 77'-2", and the third room is 61'-6" x 77'-2". We would prefer the 4'x4' interlocking mats since we are going to have to relocate in 18 months. They will be easier to transport that way. Given that, the matting doesn't necessarily have to be flush against the wall, we are just trying to maximize coverage. I know this square footage does not equal 10,000sqft., so we are going to have extra that we will store for when we move because the new building will be 10,000sqft.
