Description

This amendment to solicitation # 36C26219Q0485 is to remove the set-aside requirement and extend the ending date of the solicitation. None of the four offers received from SDVSOBs were considered price reasonable. Therefore, this amendment removes the set-aside requirement and changes the solicitation to unrestricted. This amendment also extends the date for submission of offers. All offerors must completely fill out the entire SF1449 and email it to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 8 am PST on Monday, 4/1/2019. Only the SF1449 will be evaluated for award so offerors are instructed to NOT email any additional documents or spreadsheets. Any offer not submitted on the SF1449 or completely fill out the SF1449 will be considered non-responsive. No late offers will be considered. No other terms or conditions are changed by this amendment. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
