- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 5, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to furnish and install a three sided 4- bay wood storage structure with metal outer shell (30' X 80') on the existing gravel foundation. There is an additive for a 5th bay (30' X 10') if funds allow. Total size of this project structure will be 30' x 90' with base and additive if funded. Work is at Edwin B. Forsythe NWR, Great Creek Road, Oceanville, NJ. This procurement action is being solicited as a Small Business Set-aside. The primary NAICS code is 238190 Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors, with a size standard of $ 15 million. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 36 ¿Construction ¿. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects (c) Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 This work involves providing all labor, equipment, supplies, and construct as necessary to complete work as defined in the Statement of Work and any Drawings that will be provided when the solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on 1) Past Performance; and 2) Price Proposal (Schedule B). Solicitation package number 140F0519R0010 will include the Solicitation Forms (SF1442), Statement of Work and other attachments as required. Documents will be posted to the https://www.fbo.gov and available on https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/Default.htm public opportunities on or about March 29, 2019. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this requirement. The SAM can be found at https://www.sam.gov. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (www.IPP.gov) using the data within the SAM registration database. There is an onsite visit scheduled for Friday April 5th starting at 10AM for firms to view the site if needed, meet at the Administration Bldg (the large blue bldg across from the visitor parking lot) at the 800 Great Creek Road, Oceanville, NJ 08231.
