Description

The Airborne and Special Operations Test Directorate (ABNSOTD) is looking for a roaylty free music subscription to use for Army branding videos and back ground music to support test reports. ABNSOTD is not looking to purchase the rights to the music. Acoording to FAR 27.405-1(b) "The contract may specify the purposes and conditions (including time limitations) under which the data may be used, released, or reproduced other than for contract performance. Contracts for the production of audiovisual works, sound recordings, etc., may include limitations in connection with talent releases, music licenses, and the like that are consistent with the purposes for which the works are acquired". Clause 52.227-17 "Rights in Data" will be included in the contract. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
