- Description
- The FAA is seeking competent and qualified 8a Small Businesses interested in providing proposals for this project. 1. This project is a Total Set-Aside for 8a SBA Certified Small Business. 2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238160 “ Roofing Contractors. Small Business Size Standard is $15.0 million. 3. The total estimated proposal range for this project is between $150,000 and $200,000. 4. This requirement is for three roof replacements at the following facilities: Las Vegas, NM - FTI VOR Lat: 35.65754, Long: -105.13559 Midland, TX - MAFA RCAG Lat: 31.919297, Long: -102.24472 Laredo, TX - LRD VOR Lat: 27.479472, Long: -99.415106. Site Visits have been prearranged at the following dates and times: FTI VOR Las Vegas, NM on 2/20/19 at 10:00am Local Time MAFA RCAG Midland, TX on 2/21/19 at 10:00am Local Time LRD VOR Laredo, TX on 2/22/19 at 10:00am Local Time A list Site visit of attendees is required no later than 2/18/19 at 5:00pm CST. Site visits by interested bidders is not required but encouraged. The contractor is to provide all personnel, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and any other items necessary to perform the required roof replacements in accordance with the facility ™s statement of work, local, state and Federal codes and laws. AN OFFEROR MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING GO/NO-GO CRITERIA IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AWARD: Offerors must have the following minimum experience and provide the following information to substantiate the experience: a. Specialized Experience Document (attachment #5) must be provided on at least two (2) past or current contracts/projects on which your firm performed roof replacement services in the same size (greater than or equal to $50,000), and similar scope of this requirement. Contracts/projects must be either in process or within the last three (3) years. Attachment #5 “ Specialized Experience must contain the contracting agency, (FAA, Other Federal, State, and local governments). You must provide the contract number or project identifier, which includes a current point of contact, email address, and phone number. The information provided will also be used as part of the responsibility determination. b. Contractors must have Active registration in SAM that reflects no exclusions or delinquent federal debt. Contractors can register at www.sam.gov. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION WILL DEEM SUBMITTED PROPOSALS NON-RESPONSIVE.
