Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release a Sources Sought. We are seeking information for: 1 Each - Phacoemulsification System (PHACO) Alcon Centurion VS2 or Equal product for the Marion VA Medical Center, in Marion Illinois. See attached Statement of Requirement for details. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this Sources Sought is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 1000 Employees. All Sources Sought details, to include full specifications will be included in the Sources Sought and attached Statement of Work, which will be released on or about March 28, 2019. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the Sources Sought should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of response will be April 04, at 11:00 am EST. Sources Sought response shall be submitted via email referencing the Sources Sought Phacoemulsification System in the subject line to emilio.ballentos@va.gov Prospective vendors are encouraged to address any concerns with the Statement of Requirement if responding to the Sources Sought. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award.
