Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to least the following space: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS State: Montana City: Kalispell Delineated Area: Start at the point of beginning; West Reserve Drive and Highway 2, go south to state road 35, go east to Shady Lane, go south to Conrad Drive, go east to Willow Glen Drive, go south to Highway 93, go south to BVP 93, go north to U.S. Route 2, go east to West Spring Creek Road, Go north to West Reserve Drive, go East to the place of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,700 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,900 Space Type: Clinical Parking Spaces Total: 50 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 3 years Additional Requirements: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Kalispell Montana that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
