- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a sole source request for quote RFQ N32253-19-Q-0043 to B.F. Goodrich is in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). However, companies that believe they are capable of meeting the requirement may submit a quote which will be considered by the Government.
