Description: This amendment to solicitation # 36C26219Q0485 is to add VAAR 852.215-70 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Business Evaluation Factors and line items for the Operating Room and Interventional Radiology at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. This solicitation is competed as Unrestricted; however, in accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, and VAAR 852.215-70 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Business Evaluation Factors, offers from SDVOSB and VOSB contractors will be given special consideration. Offerors must be listed on the VETBIZ website as an SDVOSB or VOSB for consideration. The line items for the Operating Room and Interventional Radiology are: Carbon Dioxide, E-tank, Aluminum. 350 cylinders per year Nitrous Oxide, Medical Aluminum E-tank. 60 cylinders per year Argon, Ultra High Purity, 6K, 104 tanks per year Helium, Ultra HIGH Purity, 6K. 104 tanks per year These line items are in addition to the current Schedule of Supplies listed in the solicitation. All offerors are can add line items for rental fees, per-tank per-day, if applicable. All previous offerors can resubmit if they so choose. All offerors must completely fill out the entire SF1449 and email it to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 8 am PST on Monday, 4/1/2019. Only the SF1449 will be evaluated for award so offerors are instructed to NOT email any additional documents or spreadsheets. Any offer not submitted on the SF1449 or completely fill out the SF1449 will be considered non-responsive. No late offers will be considered. No other terms or conditions are changed by this amendment.
