Description

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Acquisitions and Grant Services intends to award a sole source, firm fixed-price contract to Overhead Door Company to provide nineteen (19) fire sentinel boxes and installation at the The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) center in Jefferson, Arkansas. The proposed simplified acquisition action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
