The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) located in Gaithersburg, MD intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Inera Incorporated to provide support and maintenance (includes licensing) for eXtyles STS. The NIST Technical Series reports are highly utilized by industry; from 2015-2018, over 16,000 publications were downloaded 14,947,770 times; 5,401,421 of the downloads were in January-September 2018 alone. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
