Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Qiagen, LLC for the procurement of IPA Analysis Match Software License Renewal. The Ingenuity Knowledge Base is the largetst database of its kind (manually curated) with the most descriptive structure, highest degree of accuracy, and largest number of literature findings. Ingenuity Pathways Analysis (IPA) is the only means of accessing the knowledge base for academic and government users. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
