This is a Brand Name Only solicitation due to other Medtronic systems currently owned by the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System and the requirement for this acquisition to work with those other systems. In accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, this solicitation is a Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. Only offers from contractors listed as Veteran Owned Small Business or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business on the VETBIZ website at the time of award will be considered.
