i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6,as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are a being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, James A Haley Veteran s Hospital, 13000 Bruce B Downs, Tampa Florida 33612 has a need to procure preventive maintenance for the Pevco Pneumatic Tube Delivery System. (ii) The combined synopsis solicitation number is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) # 36C24819Q0489. (iii) This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number/Effective Date1/22/2019 FAC 2019-01. (iv) The combined synopsis solicitation is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concern Set-Aside. The NAICS is 811219. (v) This combined synopsis solicitation is for the purchase of preventive maintenance for the Pevco Pneumatic Tube Delivery System. Expected period of performance is 60 days from award. Vendors shall use Pricing and Cost Schedule, which includes all contract line item numbers, quantities and units of issue, to fill in all unit prices and total amount blocks. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all. Quote shall address the items at FAR provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and the Addendum to this provision.
