Description

Regional Contracting Office-Balkans located at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) for a Mass Notification System. All responsible and responsive businesses may submit an offer for consideration. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. The RFQ will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All dates subject to change without notice. All interested businesses are encouraged to submit their questions to both of the points of contact listed on this announcement. This pre-solicitation was previously listed as pre-solicitation #W912SR-19-Q-0007. Due to unforeseen delays, more information from industry is being sought to determine the procurement path. Additionally, there is no construction requirement for this procurement. Vendors will be responsible for providing the equipment listed on the attached specification sheet per the listed quantity and for the installation/mounting of the equipment on to pre-existing poles located on Camp Bondsteel.
