- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: LEGS-J-SW Upgrade, Qty: 1, LEGS-J FULL UP, Qty: 1. This requirement is sole sourced to ViaSat, 6155 El Camino Real, Carlsbad CA as the only vendor able to produce this requirement because ViaSat LEGS is the only software that can connect to any type of Link 16 radio and display all Link 16 messages currently in development using unique engineering tools. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
