Description

This Sources Sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 206.302-1(d). The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to issue a Sole Source, Fixed Price contract to Testek LLC, Wixom, MI, for a Quantity of twelve (12) Flow Control Regulator Assembly (P/N 4820-0039-1). The proposed action is for hardware for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Testek LLC is the sole owner of the Flow Control Regular Assembly propriety data including the drawings, technical data package, and assembly instruction. The Government does not have the technical data to obtain this item from an alternate source. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
