Description

NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) intends to extend contract NNA14AB82C (Fully Integrated Lifecycle Mission Support Services, commonly referred to as FILMSS) with KBRwyle on a sole-source basis pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, in support of Ames Research Center (ARC). The performance period will be extended for a maximum of eighteen (18) months (August 1, 2019 - January 31, 2021), consisting of one eight (8) month base performance period and five (5) two-month option periods. A contract modification reflecting this extension and resultant increase in the estimated Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) of the contract will be issued on or before July 31, 2019, the expiration date of the FILMSS Contract NNA14AB82C. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
