- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. See the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) - 36C10B19Q0276 Quotes are being requested. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to enter into a contract on the basis of a Small Business set-aside for an online Virtual Town Hall engagement platform with integrated Telephony that allows VA Executive Leaders to continuously receive input from Veterans and VA employees and provide feedback on an expedited basis. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541910. The Solicitation Number for this RFQ is 36C10B19Q0276. Quotes are due on April 9, 2019 at 1PM EST. Quotes shall be submitted via Virtual Office of Acquisition (VOA) in the files set forth in the RFQ by the date and time indicated in the RFQ.
