This modification will extend the period of performance of the AME contract an additional seventy-nine (79) days, from the current final expiration date of November 13, 2019 to January 31, 2020. This contract modification will be issued in under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. AME develops and demonstrates next generation technologies and processes for devices and assemblies beyone the scope or incompatible with direct extensions of the Generalized Emulation of Microcircuits (GEM) program's current technology. Once the technology is refined, it is transferred to the GEM program. All work under this contract shall be performed in accordance with the AME Program Charters and Statement of Work (SOW). Information regarding the modification to extend can be obtained from the primary point of contact Charles D. Underwood ( Charles.Underwood@dla.mil ).
