- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Air Force will not issue a written solicitation. This Synopsis/Solicitation constitutes the only request for quotes for this requirement. This solicitation utilizes FAR Part 13 procedures. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The solicitation document, FA8604-19-Q-5030, is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99 (See Attachment 1). The associated NAICS code is 519130 and small business size standard is 1000. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
