Description: ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO Christopher Caputo, Contract Specialist, CCAM-ALA, via email: christopher.m.caputo.civ@mail.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. This contract action is for one time buy of the following item: NOMENCLATURE: Swirler, Conbustor NSN: 2840-01-128-6343 P/N: 2-131-162-06 QUANTITY: 118 each The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336412 and the size standard is 1,500 employees. The Swirler, Combustor is NOT a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Currently the only known approved sources for the Swirler, Combustor is Honeywell International Inc. (CAGE Code: 91547). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures. These procedures are outlined at the following website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home. Questions concerning SAR submissions can be directed to the ED SAR Team at EDSAR@amrdec.army.mil or call the SAR Team at 256-313-8978, 256-313-0341 or 256-313-8994. The solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated on the solicitation. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-MAR-2019).
