VHAPM Part 813.106-1/2 SAP: Soliciting Competition & Evaluation of Quotations/Offers Page 1 of 4 Original Date: 10/12/17 Revision 01 Date: 01/08/18 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION 36C24619Q0449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This procurement is unrestricted for brand name only and all eligible offerors may submit quotes. See justification attached.
