Modification 1 (10/15/2018) In order to amend/ modify the FBO Advertisement dated 10/13/2016 to change the term of the lease, the 'Full Term' and 'Firm Term' are hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following: Full Term: Fifteen (15) Years (180-Months) Firm Term: Ten (10) Years (120-Months) In order to amend/ modify the FBO Advertisement dated 10/13/2018 to change the due date for expressions of interest, the 'Expressions of Interest' date and time is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: Expressions of Interest Due: 4:00 p.m. Central, Monday, October 22, 2018 In order to amend the FBO Advertisement dated 10/13/2018 to remove the Transaction Specialist from the contact list, the 'Transaction Specialist' is hereby deleted in its entirety.
