- In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA ™s decision to use single source procedures to issue an order under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) 692M15-19-A-00001 with Microsoft Corporation for Enterprise Support Services to support the FAA ™s extended custom support for Windows 2003. Microsoft Corporation is the OEM of the Microsoft products and has the necessary expertise, knowledge, access and rights to Microsoft proprietary software.
