Description
The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office, in Boise, ID is issuing this Sources Sought notice to determine the availability and capability of small businesses for the Yakima Building 115 Upgrades, Yakima Project, Washington. The location of work is 1917 Marsh Road, Yakima, WA. Principle components of the work consist of: salvaging all cubicles, remove and dispose of existing flooring and exterior windows. Install carpet tile, tile, and epoxy flooring. Install new exterior windows. Repaint interior walls. Construct new walls, replace rubber base boards, and replace cabinets and counter-tops. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the related small business size standard is $36.5M. The order of magnitude for this project is estimated to be between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The resulting award will be firm fixed price with completion of work approximately 90 days after receipt of notice to proceed. The intent of this notice is to identify potential bidders and set-aside type for this acquisition. Reclamation is seeking qualified firms capable of providing the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish the Principle Components of Work as identified above. Interested bidders are invited to submit the following information: 1. Business Name, address, and DUNS number 2. Contact Information 3. Business size and any additional socioeconomic (i.e. HUBZone, WOSB, etc.) classification(s). 4. A positive statement of your intention to submit a bid as a prime contractor. 5. Bonding capability, including single and aggregate limits This notice is for informational purposes only. This announcement does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued, and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal, Invitation for Bid, or as any obligation on the part of the Government. No entitlement to payment will arise because of the submission of contractor information. All interested sources must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this Sources Sought notice.
