Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Mick McGuire Consulting, LLC for the procurement of software/hardware maintenance renewal for Cyberware scanners (6 scanners total). Cyberware scanners were a propriotary product of Cyberware, who went out of business in 2011. Mr. McGuire was a long time employee of Cyberware and provided technical support for the company before its closing. Mr. McGuire has been given permission by Cyberware to provide support services to existing customers. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
